Pricing
Most services will be priced on an hourly basis at $85/hr but some will vary or be single, all-inclusive costs (e.g. $295 for single story gutter cleaning). All invoices and estimates will be, when possible, given with itemized cost breakdowns upon request.
Materials costs for will be passed on to the customer at cost+10% if we are sourcing them (e.g. tile, cabinetry, trim, flooring, etc.). You are welcome to source materials yourself, but additional costs may apply if they are nonstandard products or insufficient quantities are on hand at time of service.
For typical day-of repairs, such as door operability fixes, materials may be included (e.g. screws, lubricant, wood filler).
